【CPI】Study on Effect of Injection Process on Electroplating Property of PC/ABS Alloy

Abstract

Different injection process was used on PC/ABS for electric plating． The effect of injection process on etches property and plating peel force of PC/ABS was investigated． It showed that there was a great effect of injection process on etch property and plating peel force of PC/ABS． Too low injection temperature，too high injection pressure and speed，too low mold temperature could reduce etch property and plating peel force of PC/ABS．
